We use USPS for shipping in the United States.
Free shipping to 48 states (does not included Hawaii or Alaska, sorry) on retail orders of $75.00 or more. Only retail orders qualify for free shipping.
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (3-5 during holidays) but we reserve the right to extend the processing time.
You will be notified once your order has shipped via email address provided at the time of order. We are not responsible for delivery delays once the order has shipped.
We do our very best to carefully package our products so they are received in an acceptable manner. Unfortunately, we can’t control the weather (that would be awesome if we could, wouldn’t it?) so in extreme heat ( mainly summer months) product may liquefy. First inspect product with receipt to insure correct product was received then open container to allow heat to escape then stir using sanitized utensil. Store in cool place for several hours so product returns to proper consistency before using. With extreme cold temperatures (mainly in winter months), product may freeze. Let product warm to room temperature for several hours then stir using a sanitized utensil to return product to proper consistency before using.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted through Square and PayPal. Cash and checks are accepted for customer pick up orders only (prior approval is required).
Sales tax of 7% will be added to all retail orders shipped in the state of Indiana.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us. We try our best to provide quality hand made products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you must contact us within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. A refund does not included shipping charges unless it is an order error on our part. The refund will be applied to your credit card used in the original purchase. We do take great care in how our products are package to ensure a safe delivery. We are not responsible for damaged products delivered by the carrier.
Please keep in mind our products are hand made in small batches so variations in texture and color may occur. If you are allergic or think you may be allergic to any ingredients listed in our products, don’t use them! All products are for external use only. If irritation occurs, discontinue use, wash areas with soap and water and contact your health care provider. Statements on our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and have not been evaluated by the FDA. If you are pregnant, nursing or have heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, consult your doctor for approval to use any ingredients in our products.
We do reserve the right to make ingredients changes due to availability from our vendors. Always check the ingredients prior to your purchase. We will post any changes in ingredients on our website.
